Refund Policy

Effective October 2026. Plans change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work for flights with Monterey FPV Experience.

Cancel 24 hours or more ahead: full refund

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your flight, you get a full refund. You can also reschedule for free instead.

Less than 24 hours or a missed flight: no refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your flight, and flights you miss without cancelling, are not refunded.

Weather or safety cancellations

If we cancel because of wind, rain, fog or any other safety reason, you choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

Other cancellations by us

If we have to cancel for any other reason, you get a full refund.

​When you get your money back

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we issue a refund, your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
