The DJI Avata 2: Built for First-Time FPV Pilots

FPV stands for first-person view. Instead of watching a drone from the ground, you wear goggles that stream a live feed from the drone’s camera, so you see exactly what it sees as you fly. The DJI Avata 2 is one of the easiest ways to experience it for the first time.

Everything Is Provided

DJI Avata 2. A compact FPV drone with built-in propeller guards and a 4K camera with a 155° ultra-wide view.

DJI Goggles 3. A crisp live view straight from the drone, with adjustable focus that works for many eyeglass prescriptions.

Motion Controller. Point your hand where you want to go and the drone follows. It has a one-touch brake that stops and hovers the drone instantly.

Why It’s Great for Your First Flight

Built for Beginners

Intuitive controls. Most people are flying confidently within minutes.

Protected propellers. Built-in guards make bumps and close calls far less of a worry.

Instant brake and hover. Let go or hit the brake, and the drone stops and holds its position.

An instructor beside you. You’re coached the entire time, from your first takeoff to your last landing.

Motion Controller

Intuitive wrist movement for steering. It's the most beginner-friendly way to pilot an FPV drone, with no thumbsticks to learn. Simply tilt your wrist to control the drone.

Safety Comes Before Takeoff

Every session starts with a safety briefing and equipment fitting. You’ll begin with line-of-sight flying to get comfortable with the controls, then put the goggles on for the full FPV experience. We fly at open, private spots chosen for the day’s conditions, away from crowds.
